3D mockup add-on
Questions, answered
Short lines, no runaround — the same story as the rest of the add-on page, in Q&A form.
Is the 3D add-on the same as the Neoruki store?
No. The store is where you buy stickers, prints, and objects as regular products. The add-on is a separate license: it lets you put the live 3D mockup on your site. Same studio, two lanes. More on add-on vs shop.
What counts as a slot?
A slot is one mockup the viewer is allowed to show under your plan — think one product (or one configured scene) tied to your token. Higher tiers raise the cap; trial stays narrow on purpose so you can try the flow before you grow the catalog.
What does “one domain” or “two domains” mean?
Your embed token is scoped to the hostnames you run on. Starter covers one site; Studio covers two when you run more than one brand surface. The embed guide shows where the script lives — it does not host your store for you.
Where do I get my token after checkout?
After purchase, use Redeem with the order id from your email. We verify the order in Medusa and attach the token to your Neoruki account so your site script can use it.
Will this work on my platform?
If you can add a script tag and a place for HTML, you are in the right ballpark. The embed guide is written for that pattern; wire it to your theme the way you would any small snippet.
What happens when the trial ends?
Trial limits (slots and domain) are enforced the same way as paid tiers — they are just tighter. When the trial window ends, pick a plan that matches how many mockups and domains you need, or the embed will stop until you upgrade.
I am stuck. Who do I talk to?
Email hello@neoruki.com or use the form on the contact page. Tell us your order id if it is about redeeming or a token.
